1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using BuckBuck Studio ("Service", "Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the Service.

2. Service Description & GPU Backend

BuckBuck Studio provides high-performance AI inference, automated code generation, web application synthesis, and execution acceleration. Computation is powered either by connected self-hosted Google Colab GPU backends or authorized model gateways.

• You are responsible for the management and runtime limits of any custom GPU hardware or tunnel endpoints you connect.
• BuckBuck Studio does not warrant uninterrupted availability or sub-second latency from external tunnel providers (e.g. Cloudflare Tunnels).

3. Intellectual Property & Output Ownership

As between you and BuckBuck Studio, you retain full ownership and intellectual property rights in and to the inputs (prompts, code, files) you provide, as well as the generated software code, artifacts, and output produced by the AI models during your sessions.

You may freely use, modify, distribute, license, and commercialize any applications, websites, or algorithms created using BuckBuck Studio.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Develop malware, malicious payloads, phishing kits, or automated vulnerability exploit scanners.
• Generate hate speech, non-consensual imagery, harassment, or illegal content.
• Attempt unauthorized access, penetration testing, or denial-of-service against third-party servers.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Code Execution

AI models generate code probabilistically. While BuckBuck Studio strives to synthesize state-of-the-art architectures, all code, scripts, and applications generated are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. You are solely responsible for reviewing and testing code before executing it in production environments.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of BuckBuck Studio following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
